OFFICIAL DATA LIVEPennsylvania current-cycle contribution entries and Schedule III expenditure rows are connected from official yearly Department of State full exports. Amendment flags are retained without unsafe version replacement; contributor and payee identities are withheld because the source sections do not classify people versus organizations. Other receipts, debts, cover-sheet unitemized totals, county- and municipal-only filings, audited totals, and entity resolution remain outside this adapter's stated scope.

PENNSYLVANIA DOS FULL EXPORT · 2025–2026 cycle
Pennsylvania contribution rows over time
Official raw export ↗Exact signed sum of valid contribution date-and-amount entries in Pennsylvania's official 2025 and 2026 contrib files, dated 2025-01-01 through 2026-08-29. A source row can contain as many as three separately counted contribution entries. They are not total receipts: reporting thresholds, late reports, summary filings, and other transaction tables have different scope.

The source contribution files contain contributor names and addresses, occupations, employers, employer addresses, descriptions, and individual transaction entries. Election.org processes those fields only in a temporary refresh workspace, persists no contributor identity or address field, and publishes no named contributor aggregate because the source section code does not classify a row as a person or organization. The source’s filer-selected entity codes remain available as aggregate counts through the API.
Exact signed sum of valid Schedule III rows in Pennsylvania's official 2025 and 2026 expense files, dated 2025-01-01 through 2026-08-29. They are not total campaign spending, and source filing schedules remain separately exposed through the API.

The source expenditure files contain payee names, addresses, ZIP codes, and descriptions. Election.org persists none of those transaction-party fields and publishes no named payee aggregate because Schedule III does not classify recipients as people or organizations.

Amendment rulesPennsylvania flags each cover-sheet report as amended or original and connects transaction rows to CampaignFinanceID. The full export does not publish an amendment target or a complete version sequence, and special-election cycles can repeat, so Election.org retains every published report row and exposes amendment flags without unsafe replacement. 1,338 published reports are marked amended.
Fail-closed validationReject incomplete or structurally changed pulls before they can become public totals.
