Election.org records a precise commitment, dated public actions, and the narrowest status supported by those actions. It does not assign kept, broken, truthfulness, effort, or motive labels.
Officeholder-reported performance numbers remain labeled as such. A reported threshold is not presented as an independent audit, unique-person count, causal finding, or outcome evaluation.
This is a deliberately narrow production seed. Every status opens to the commitment source, action source, retrieval date, and page fingerprint.
The official city record says the declaration was signed as the mayor's first act in office.

The Mayor's Office reported 21,694 temporary-housing entries using intergovernmental data. Election.org has not independently audited or deduplicated that measure.
The LAPD's current chief page reports 8,621 sworn officers, 1,079 below the documented target. This describes the count, not why it changed.
This seed release validates the product model with four traceable 2022 Los Angeles mayoral commitments. Absence from the tracker does not mean no other promise was made.
