PERMANENT PUBLIC CV LAYER

9,097 people now connect offices to the rest of the public record.

Search current and historical federal people plus the current state legislative roster. Source IDs—not names—connect terms, exact FEC campaign identities, results, recorded votes, and separately bounded disclosure matches.

THE HONEST GAP

Local coverage is expanding, not national yet.

Election.org verifies jurisdiction shells from Census geography, then adds officeholders source by source. Live fail-closed adapters now cover Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Chicago, New York City, Houston, Phoenix, and Philadelphia. San Diego adds its mayor, elected city attorney, all nine council districts, official portraits, and exact Council polygons. Philadelphia adds its mayor, ten district councilmembers, and one permanent multi-member at-large office containing all seven unnumbered at-large members, plus official Council polygons for exact-address matching. Other cities remain explicit gaps until an official source passes the same validation rules.
