Registered electorate and counted-section electorate remain separate.
Candidate percentages use TSE valid presidential votes as the denominator. Blank and null ballots remain separate. Turnout is also computed against the full registered electorate; the TSE's published turnout field uses its separately preserved accounted-electorate denominator. The overseas result group is not presented as a Brazilian state.
In the national file, 657 registrations were outside the TSE counted-section denominator. Election.org preserves the difference rather than adjusting ballots or abstentions.
