Official-source discrepancy

The statement says 85%. Its own totals calculate to 90.13%.

The statement publishes 6,562,534 registered voters and 5,914,670 voters. Those figures exactly match the sum of the three House rows, but they differ from the printed turnout by 5.13% percentage points. Election.org preserves both values.

Election.org does not present the three-region September table as a complete national seat result, does not infer candidate winners or vote totals, and does not convert any historical party or seat row into current tenure.

The July English PDF names a results table but does not contain that table in the downloadable eight-page file.
The September PDF publishes regional aggregates and party seat rows, not candidate names or candidate vote totals.
The September statement prints 85 percent turnout, while its registered-voter and voter totals and the three House rows calculate to a different rate; both are preserved.
The source table's final numeric column is headed as a constituency count even though its values exceed the published constituency totals; Election.org preserves the header and does not relabel the field.
The Harari regional-council row publishes 36 seats voting, 6 winner seats, and zero complaint seats, leaving 30 seats unexplained by the printed fields.
This is a historical result layer and not a 2026 seventh-general-election result or current-tenure roster.
